Our company has a vacancy for a Technical Department Engineer.
Functional:
– Selection of equipment in accordance with the customer’s specifications;
– Development of comprehensive technical solutions in accordance with the Customer’s requirements;
– Preparation, development and coordination of the necessary technical documentation with the end Customer’s specialists;
– Project management (interaction with manufacturers and technical specialists on the Customer’s side, control of project deadlines, documentation, etc.);
– Search for new manufacturers;
– Carrying out supervision of installation and commissioning of supplied equipment;
– Conducting business correspondence, reporting;
– Consideration of complaints.
Requirements:
– Higher technical education: power engineering or chemical technologist;
– Experience as an engineer at enterprises in the energy/petrochemical sector or water utilities with a large amount of equipment or in an engineering company for at least 3 years;
– Knowledge and experience in AUTO CAD is welcome.

Functional:
-Promotion and sale of high-tech products (equipment and solutions) at enterprises of the oil refining industry, production, energy – implementation of sales plans;
– Conducting negotiations and building partnerships with customers at leading enterprises of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– Searching for new customers;
– Development of the entrusted region, making proposals for development strategy;
– Maintaining the full project cycle from identifying the Customer’s needs to putting the equipment into operation;
– Reporting.
Requirements:
– Experience in project sales of complex technical products/equipment (or experience in developing technical solutions and a great desire to learn) from 2 years;
– Experience working with large enterprises in the mining and oil refining industries, knowledge and understanding of the market and enterprises of Kazakhstan;
– Measurable performance results at previous places of work;
– Higher education (preferably technical);
– Excellent communication skills
– Systematicity and flexibility.

Basic functionality:
- personal direct sales of equipment and technical solutions at the enterprises of the oil refining industry, mining, energy, housing and utilities;
- conducting meetings with customers, conducting presentations and negotiations at a high level;

- participation in tenders;
- annually participate in strategic planning.
