In 1986 graduated from the Belarusian Order of the Red Banner of Labor Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Thermal Power Plants.

In 2007 graduated from the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus with a degree in Economics and Production Management.

Began his career as an engineer at Minsk TPP № 4, continued as chief engineer of a power station at Minskenergo then headed the Minsk Heating Networks branch.

From 2011 to 2013 – General Director of Minskenergo.

From 2013 to 2018 – General Director of Belenergo.

Since February 2019 works in Aquaecology ALC.
