Full description
In 2010 JSC “Belgorkhimprom” and the state concern “Turkmenhimiya” entered into a contract under which it was planned to carry out the design and construction of “turnkey” mining and processing plant with capacity of 1.4 million tons per year of potassium chloride based on Garlyk potash deposit in the Lebap province of Turkmenistan. It is the largest Belarusian foreign project in its sovereign history.
At the design stage there was a question about the choice of materials for шт-site and off-site technological pipelines. Terms of piping material selection necessitates the presence of his corrosion and abrasion resistance. As a result of comparative analysis of the technical and economic advantages of pipes of different materials such as metal, PE and others, pipes “HOBAS” (“Amiblu”) made on the basis of an unsaturated polyester resin where chosen. These tubes are in full compliance with the stated requirements. They have the best hydraulic characteristics, thus reducing energy costs for transporting liquids, characterized by long life (50-100 years), and ease of installation.
During design, engineers “HOBAS” (“Amiblu”) plant and experts Aquaecology ALC implemented consulting and technical support.
As part of this project Aquaecology ALC supplied 1540 m of GRP pipes and fittings following diameters: DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300, DN400, DN600, DN700, DN1000, DN1100, DN1200.
The entire volume of the product was shipped in the period from 3 June 2015 to 23 July 2015.
